You represent that you own or have the rights to any images you upload to Clearview. You grant Clearview a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, cache, and process your images solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our "Prohibited Conduct" rules or fail to pay subscription fees.

Clearview does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from service outages or user error.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
